Agreement to these terms
These terms are a legal agreement between you and SUMR CO PTY LTD (ACN 695 985 196), an Australian company. By accessing the SUMR website or using the SUMR app or CLI, you agree to them.
License to use SUMR
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SUMR products for your internal business or personal use. Where we offer paid plans, the plan terms presented at purchase also apply.
Acceptable use
- Use the products only lawfully and without infringing the rights of others.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or seek unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the service.
Intellectual property and open-source components
SUMR and its licensors own all intellectual property in the products, except components under separate open-source licenses, which are governed by those licenses. Open-source notices are available from us on request.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the products is limited to the amount you paid us for the products in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have paid us nothing in that period. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence remain unaffected. Questions: hello@sumr.co.
